It has been the worst experience ever which just makes me sad before they were.good but they just took me for almost 3500 dollars the suspension in my truck was not repaired my locks when I got my car back now no longer work they were suppose to work on my lights now they short out but the suspension is the biggest issue it was suppose to be a conversion kit they never fixed it they took my family for 3700 dollars and I will prove this and I plan to sue this is something serious and dangerous to lie about I just want them to refund the money minus the break work they didn't do .a thing someone please help they even took us for a mirror for 100 that never got installed BBB will be involved kids need to be safe I don't care about covid you should treat your clients like fily I want a refund Services: Auto engine tuning, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical
Bill, I am truly sorry to hear about your experience here at Bexley Automotive. Why did you not reach out sooner or at all if you were having so many issues. It has been almost nine months since we last worked on the car that you are describing above. You and your family were also at my shop with another vehicle, that was here for over five months, in the mean time and never said that there were any issues with the fore mentioned car that we did do a lot of work on. I take great pride in standing by my work but I can't fix what I don't know is broken especially if not given the opportunity.
