When driving down to Columbus from Minnesota, the air conditioning stopped working but on top of that, the car was making horrific noises. My daughter was at a conference all day all week, so I was stuck trying to find a repair. The first place we went to misdiagnosed the problem and fixed lots of other things to the tune of almost $2000, but as soon as I got in the "repaired" car, I could tell it hadn't been repaired! That's when I contacted Bexley, and they were able to figure out it was the compressor in the air conditioner that was causing all the problems. When the owner, Kyle, found out I hadn't had the chance to do anything in Columbus and I had really looked forward to seeing the Franklin Park Conservatory, he picked me up the next morning and delivered me there, paid my admittance and picked me up later in the day with my daughter's repaired car! What an amazing guy. He did not have to be so kind! I left Columbus feeling like the people there are the nicest people in the world. If I could rate Bexley Automotive 100 stars, I would!
