Very professional workers and they are very kind people

I was able to get an appointment with 3 days. I needed an oil change but had noticed my Kia had been having a harder time starting. I wasn't sure if this was related to the cold weather or another problem. I mentioned this to Kyle & in checking my battery he suggested I might want to get a new battery as mine was older. I did not want to get stuck somewhere & he wax able to secure & install a new battery that afternoon. We have known Kyle for 30 years and he has always been honest, kind and professional. We will ALWAYS use Bexley Automotive for car repair & maintenance.

Called twice regarding a quote on changing motor mounts, different days and they said both times they would call back and they never did ! Either way, 1 star well deserved !

Very good people and kind I had my car told to them thinking they worked with my warranting company from where I understood they did not work with my warranty people anymore but recommended me to a very good shop that does and work let me work on getting my car out of there for the roadside would pick it up until it's in the next spot very good people all around very recommended and from what I've seen very well rewarded and respected from all the rewards they've had over the years

The mechanics and staff here were so nice and accommodating. They managed to fix all the problems with my car and now it runs smooth and much quieter. And they did it in a reasonable time frame. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend this shop to all my friends and family in central Ohio!

It was my first time going to this car shop today, and I must say it was my best experience at one! Kyle was super nice and respectful to me, and he also gave me a ride home and back to the shop so I didn't have to get an Uber. It was super above and beyond what I would expect from a car shop experience, I will be certainly be taking my car back for any other issues I have.
