VERY unprofessional. Does not communicate with the actual customer but someone from out of state. Have mentioned this to Kyle before and he persisted in NOT communicating with us but rather someone from out of state. Someone from out of state CANNOT come and get a car,. Was made to feel like I had done something wrong when I went to pick up the things from a friends' car. We are 100% DONE with them. Dawn was rude and cannot handle the aberrant behavior of Kyle and Justin. Justin should be FIRED.

Bexley Automotive is an amazing business! We have taken all of our vehicles there for service for years. They're always honest, and they go out of their way to make sure they're doing what's right for us! Flexible scheduling, friendly people, excellent service. Can't say enough good things! Kyle and team are amazing to work with, and we won't take our cars anywhere else!

Pretty unhappy with my service here. Dropped my car off here for a week, staff never updated me on anything during this time. Called 5 days later, only to be told I would be called back. After not replying for several hours, I rang again only to be told that they would not work on my car. As a human being that relies on a vehicle to do things, I think that was pretty rude and unacceptable to leave me hanging like that. I would not bring my vehicle here in the future and I will encourage others not to.

The Bexley Auto team is easily the most thorough, professional and caring group of mechanics I have ever gone to. I know that I am in good hands when leaving a car with them, and wholeheartedly recommend them for automotive issues large and small.

Great Service! Friendly People and Comparable prices. We have been bringing our cars here for over 15 years. They even gave us a rental free of charge once to run some errands while they worked. Keith and Dawn are a hidden gem!
